I just wanted to thank you guys for this show and what you’re doing.
Y’all dedicated this show to Reece and crew at the El Dorado Jail(2009-02-22). This meant a lot to them…I know because I’m Reece’s brother(that’s right, same Mom). I haven’t spoken to him since he got locked up since I can’t get collect calls on a cell phone. But we write…and Reece was beaming through his letter talking about your show. So I have downloaded the show and I’m making copies for the crew for when they get sprung.
I am a new listener over the web since I live on the East Coast. So if you don’t mind, could you tell Reece over the radio that “his big brother wants to give him a shout out from K-town and Maceo” and spin some “Rabbits in the Pea Patch” by Maceo Parker off of the album “Dial Maceo”. If you don’t have it I’ll send you a copy of the song via email. It’s got good beats…
Thanks y’all,
Bill McNair
